Leigh Smith was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute Ferdinand Leluțiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Azeredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brixton Celtics's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by CJ Boland in the 27th minute. After taking down the ball on Brixton Celtics's corner Ferdinand Leluțiu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Máximo Azeredo quite easily take care of the ball. Eddie Cartwright scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leigh Smith, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leigh Smith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nalo Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Leluțiu in the 40th minute of play forced White Eagles FC's goalkeeper Máximo Azeredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Brixton Celtics's zone, Eddie Cartwright stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leigh Smith came out of the goal and Eddie Cartwright tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, White Eagles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Dry came free, but Máximo Azeredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gez Eyre to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferdinand Leluțiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brixton Celtics's Pat Dry got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Lertxun hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Brixton Celtics made a substitution. Janusz Pająk replaced CJ Boland. Leopoldo Lertxun kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes White Eagles FC got a freekick which was hit by Barrie Golding. Brixton Celtics's Sil Li shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Máximo Azeredo but with some difficulty. In the 59th minute Gez Eyre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leigh Smith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferdinand Leluțiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Máximo Azeredo. That made the score 2-1 in the 62 minute of play. If Eddie Cartwright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the game, Gez Eyre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. White Eagles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brixton Celtics the free kick. In the 67th match minute, White Eagles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gez Eyre to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th match minute, Brixton Celtics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curtis Boyce to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, White Eagles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Dry came free, but Máximo Azeredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Brixton Celtics and the White Eagles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Brixton Celtics got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Leluțiu. Máximo Azeredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Leluțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. White Eagles FC's Máximo Azeredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save White Eagles FC from getting a goal against them. White Eagles FC's Máximo Azeredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pat Dry in the 81st minute of play. In the 91st minute Colin Le Saux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Azeredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sil Li sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
