The audience was convinced that Ákos Szakács's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Édouard Mendy was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. The referee showed Olimpiu Hurmuzache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Olimpiu Hurmuzache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Reggie Rowe notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chicken Tikka Mo Salah's Édouard Mendy. Édouard Mendy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olimpiu Hurmuzache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Roy Coyle made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, PRISHTINA FC's Ákos Szakács sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Édouard Mendy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Chicken Tikka Mo Salah's zone, Ákos Szakács stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Édouard Mendy came out of the goal and Ákos Szakács tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 93rd minute, but Roy Coyle got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving PRISHTINA FC hanging dry this time. PRISHTINA FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Chicken Tikka Mo Salah to leave the ground with a draw.
