Romeo Manson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Barr Point's Den Newland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chris Lee-Barrett. Chris Lee-Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Chris Lee-Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Den Newland in the 22nd minute of the match. Den Newland scored 3-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chris Lee-Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Connor Wright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Hurmuzache in the 27th minute of play. Den Newland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Chris Lee-Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chicken Tikka Mo Salah's Olimpiu Hurmuzache got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Den Newland recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chris Lee-Barrett. Den Newland showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. In the 36th minute Walter Senior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Connor Wright saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Chicken Tikka Mo Salah's Chris Lee-Barrett got control of the ball when CJ Street tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Chicken Tikka Mo Salah's Olimpiu Hurmuzache in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barr Point's goalie prevented a goal. Romeo Manson's late challenge caught a Barr Point's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Manson helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Manson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Den Newland during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Barr Point getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Den Newland hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Olimpiu Hurmuzache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Senior came free, but Connor Wright reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When CJ Street came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Barr Point fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Street couldn't finish the play. If CJ Street had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When CJ Street came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Barr Point fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Street couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olimpiu Hurmuzache got free with Connor Wright in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Den Newland came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Barr Point fans jumped to their feet.
