Huey Barton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Bohr, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Walthamstow's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Schrödinger came free, but Huey Barton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Erwin Schrödinger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baby Snakes's supporters rose to their feet, but Erwin Schrödinger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Huey Barton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erwin Schrödinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erwin Schrödinger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Huey Barton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Walthamstow's Tris Gerrard got a free kick in the 20th minute. Huey Barton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erwin Schrödinger went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erwin Schrödinger in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Huey Barton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Huey Barton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Bohr in the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Walthamstow's zone, Erwin Schrödinger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Huey Barton came out of the goal and Erwin Schrödinger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, Erwin Schrödinger made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Walthamstow's Huey Barton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Walthamstow getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Tris Gerrard hit a great ball. Huey Barton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Huey Barton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Schrödinger in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Baby Snakes were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Huey Barton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zackary Hunter in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nils Bohr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Huey Barton was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Eric Copsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ron Tomkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
