After 4 played minutes Liverpool1978 got a freekick which was hit by Rob Norman. When Gordon Davis came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Unruly Behaviour FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gordon Davis couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Johnny Moxon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Liverpool1978's Albert Ford. Albert Ford was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th match minute, Liverpool1978 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacha Foreman to maneuver through the defense. Albert Ford didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Adcock went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Max Adcock left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unruly Behaviour FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Max Adcock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Adcock in the 25th minute of play forced Liverpool1978's goalkeeper Albert Ford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Max Adcock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albert Ford was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Liverpool1978's Albert Ford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Adcock in the 37th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johnny Moxon in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Ford saved Liverpool1978 from getting behind. Garry Cheesman charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garry Cheesman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Garry Cheesman kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Albert Ford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Barker in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 52 minutes, Johnny Moxon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unruly Behaviour FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnny Moxon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Liverpool1978 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Rob Norman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Moxon in the 55th minute of play forced Liverpool1978's goalkeeper Albert Ford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Max Adcock took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Albert Ford to make any attempt to save it. Albert Ford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Moxon in the 62nd minute of the match. Gordon Davis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Albert Ford made a huge save. Albert Ford made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Max Adcock sent off a good shot on target. Garry Cheesman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martyn Wicks having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Syd Parkinson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garry Cheesman in the 81st minute of play forced Unruly Behaviour FC's goalkeeper Martyn Wicks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Max Adcock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Ford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Ford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Moxon in the 84th minute of play. Liverpool1978's Albert Ford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jude Pyrah in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Max Adcock recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albert Ford. Max Adcock showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The Liverpool1978 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unruly Behaviour FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
