Lymington City's Vince Perryman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Lymington City from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the game, Ali Güralp Tanyıldız cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vince Perryman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Lymington City's Esteban Bladi in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Richings Park FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Lymington City's Vince Perryman got control of the ball when Grant Rushmere tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Lymington City's Esteban Bladi made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guido Bartoli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Lance Blackwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vince Perryman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Grant Rushmere took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vince Perryman. Vince Perryman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lance Blackwood in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince Perryman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Bladi in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guido Bartoli saved Richings Park FC from getting behind. Lymington City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Grant Rushmere scored to the left of an out of position Vince Perryman, making the score, 5-1. Guido Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stéphane Touze in the 44th minute of play. James Rushforth made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lymington City's Graham Beale. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The wind increased when Esteban Bladi made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, Richings Park FC's Lance Blackwood made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vince Perryman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Esteban Bladi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Guido Bartoli, passed just outside the right post. Richings Park FC's Guido Bartoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Richings Park FC from getting a goal against them. With 64 minutes on the clock, Zackary Osbon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Bladi got free with Guido Bartoli in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Lymington City's Esteban Bladi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guido Bartoli. Guido Bartoli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-2. 74 minutes into the match, Lymington City's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Güralp Tanyıldız came free, but Vince Perryman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Richings Park FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Grant Rushmere hit a great ball. Guido Bartoli came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Lymington City's Esteban Bladi. But to his dismay, Esteban Bladi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-3. In the 91st minute, Ali Güralp Tanyıldız ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vince Perryman was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-3. Vince Perryman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Rushmere in the 96th minute of play. Ali Güralp Tanyıldız's late challenge caught a Lymington City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Güralp Tanyıldız helped the player get up and apologised. Ali Güralp Tanyıldız kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Lymington City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Richings Park FC had won, even though Lymington City had held more of the ball.
