Spectators: 8532 (Terracing: 6400, Seating: 1962, VIP seats: 170) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Neil Logan started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Nathan FC's zone, Neil Logan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joshua Wild came out of the goal and Neil Logan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joshua Wild showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neil Logan in the 11th minute of the match. Liam Appleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joshua Wild was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Neil Logan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. With 25 minutes on the clock, Flávio Madureira commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brickhouse FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Nathan FC a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Andrew Bailey, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Brickhouse FC's Dragoş Gafița. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ty Morley in the 32nd minute of play forced Brickhouse FC's goalkeeper Dragoş Gafița to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liam Appleton did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Joshua Wild 34 minutes into the match. In the 38th play minute Liam Appleton came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joshua Wild. 3-1. After a rather tough play, Brickhouse FC's Neil Logan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Dragoş Gafița showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ty Morley, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Juliusz Ziombkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Joshua Wild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrew Langston made a kick off. Terry Barfield kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Brickhouse FC's Liam Appleton got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paddy Jepson's late challenge caught a Brickhouse FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paddy Jepson helped the player get up and apologised. Paddy Jepson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Liam Appleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chesney Colman kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Pat Fox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brickhouse FC's Fabian Hylander was substituted for Gavin Swain. In the 69th minute, Liam Appleton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Liam Appleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Nathan FC booed when Brickhouse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Ziombkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tod Buckle kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dragoş Gafița. That made the score 3-2 in the 77 minute of play. Derek Hayes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Liam Appleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Liam Appleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Brickhouse FC's Liam Appleton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joshua Wild narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nathan FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Brickhouse FC. Neil Logan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joshua Wild. 4-2. Brickhouse FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
