Luton Town's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Richings Park FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justs Braslavecs in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Bartoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Luton Town's Turabi Altınpınar in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Richings Park FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Justs Braslavecs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Bartoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Guido Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turabi Altınpınar in the 27th minute of the match. Richings Park FC's Grant Rushmere quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dylon Ronson, made in the 32nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Blackwood in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Semih Eğriöz saved Luton Town from getting behind. Guido Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Eguerdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Richings Park FC got a freekick which was hit by Lance Blackwood. After the first half Luton Town were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Turabi Altınpınar made the kick off in the second half. Richings Park FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Justs Braslavecs scored to the left of an out of position Guido Bartoli, making the score, 0-2. 54 minutes into the match, Richings Park FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dylon Ronson came free, but Guido Bartoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match, Turabi Altınpınar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guido Bartoli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Richings Park FC's Guido Bartoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justs Braslavecs in the 59th minute of play. If Lance Blackwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
