Patrick Colbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz de Moraes in the 25th minute of the match. CHK Eagles's Bartosz Dudek got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Phil Naylor hit a great ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Bartosz Dudek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHK Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartosz Dudek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heavenly Hooters's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Heavenly Hooters's Lennie Rusby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordan Gill in the 58th minute of play. Herbert Asp kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Todd Griffiths received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Patrick Colbert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Heavenly Hooters's zone, Bartosz Dudek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Colbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todd Connery, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Brandon Wright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Colbert having to interfere. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Adrian Collier replaced Richárd Bódog. Heavenly Hooters's Marty King was substituted for Phil Naylor. In the 79th minute, Todd Connery left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heavenly Hooters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartosz Dudek in the 82nd minute of play forced Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Lennie Rusby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brandon Wright in the 83rd minute of play forced CHK Eagles's goalkeeper Patrick Colbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Colbert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Griffiths, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the CHK Eagles players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
