In the 13th minute Glyn Hurst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathan Bensley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nathan Bensley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glyn Hurst in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Harleston United booed when Twyford United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barney Jennings didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 minutes, Brad Collier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harleston United and the Twyford United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Harleston United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brad Collier to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes Harleston United got a freekick which was hit by Brad Collier. In the 24th minute, John-Einar Olaussen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Shane Tipton. The goal made the score 2-0. Harry Atkinson hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. John-Einar Olaussen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Shane Tipton made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Barry Dolby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes in the game, John-Einar Olaussen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Shane Tipton having to interfere. The supporters of Twyford United booed when Harleston United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brad Collier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game John-Einar Olaussen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Harleston United's Shane Tipton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, John-Einar Olaussen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shane Tipton, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Glyn Hurst made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Mitch Wicks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twyford United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mitch Wicks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pierre Morris charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre Morris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Twyford United booed when Harleston United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Morris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barry Dolby kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Calum Towler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shane Tipton came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Twyford United's Calum Towler. But to his dismay, Calum Towler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 73rd minute, Barney Jennings hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mitch Wicks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes of play, Twyford United's John-Einar Olaussen made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shane Tipton was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, John-Einar Olaussen put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Shane Tipton. Shane Tipton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John-Einar Olaussen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Barney Jennings kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Harleston United defense, John-Einar Olaussen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shane Tipton. The Harleston United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shane Tipton should have stopped the shot. Twyford United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
