FC Green Forest's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Sander Roeles scored to the left of an out of position Charlie Blythe, making the score, 2-0. Charlie Blythe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Čapo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Charlie Blythe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sander Roeles in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Rio Spencer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Team Pogba's Humberto Vidal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Máximo Čapo took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charlie Blythe. Team Pogba's Humberto Vidal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ollie Ronson in the 33 minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, FC Green Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Sander Roeles came free, but Charlie Blythe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The player immediately received a yellow card. 43 minutes into the game, one of FC Green Forest:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 47 minutes into the match, Team Pogba's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Byrne came free, but Piers Harris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stuart Mortimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mickey Hammett came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Team Pogba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mickey Hammett couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Ollie Ronson in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Team Pogba's Doctor Sick. FC Green Forest's Charlie Blythe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máximo Čapo in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Mickey Hammett made a precise shot to the right of Charlie Blythe. FC Green Forest's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After 69 minutes of play, Team Pogba's Mickey Hammett made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charlie Blythe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Team Pogba made a substitution. Casey Gough replaced Andre Ridgeway. Mickey Hammett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Piers Harris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Byrne in the 79th minute of the match. If Mickey Hammett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, FC Green Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Mickey Hammett came free, but Charlie Blythe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mickey Hammett might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charlie Blythe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mickey Hammett ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Mickey Hammett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Blythe was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Mickey Hammett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charlie Blythe having to make a save. 97 minutes into the game, Max Budge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Charlie Blythe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
