Spectators: 8035 (Terracing: 6100, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Franz Midgley made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Donny Beckwith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dean Simms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes Broken bottles FC got a freekick which was hit by Jack Routledge. Dean Simms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Midgley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franz Midgley in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dean Simms prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 minutes of play, T H F C's Matt Friend made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dean Simms was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donny Beckwith scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dean Simms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dean Simms came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by T H F C's Matt Friend. But to his dismay, Matt Friend quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Broken bottles FC's Dean Simms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matt Friend in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Broken bottles FC's Dean Simms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franz Midgley in the 27th minute of play. Dean Simms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Friend in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute T H F C were awarded a corner. Daniel Gillow went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jeffrey Inman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dean Simms quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Broken bottles FC booed when T H F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. John-Paul Lumbergs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Broken bottles FC defense, Franz Midgley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dean Simms. The Broken bottles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dean Simms should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Broken bottles FC's goalkeeper Dean Simms, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The wind increased when Archie Sansom made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Broken bottles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan Sugden came free, but Dean Simms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Franz Midgley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Simms. Broken bottles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franz Midgley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 63 minutes into the game, Jack Routledge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Broken bottles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave T H F C the free kick. T H F C made a substitution. Neil Gill replaced Donny Beckwith. In the 64th minute, Jack Routledge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Matt Friend had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Simms. Broken bottles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matt Friend was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Dean Simms made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ronan Sugden sent off a good shot on target. Broken bottles FC made a substitution. Eddy Moody replaced Archie Sansom. If Jeffrey Inman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neil Gill hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Dean Simms was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Shawn Coulson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 85 minute of play. After 87 played minutes Broken bottles FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Washington. In the 89th minute, Neil Gill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The T H F C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Dean Simms successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 94th minute, Neil Gill fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 96 minutes into the match, Jeffrey Inman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Simms. Broken bottles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeffrey Inman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. When the final whistle sounded T H F C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Broken bottles FC.
