Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) Ware FC's Ayache Nabil started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Chams Hanoune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayache Nabil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ware FC's Halim Mazouni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bachir Zarabi in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Bachir Zarabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Brighton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bachir Zarabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of New Brighton booed when Ware FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelhalim Abdessalam didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Ware FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bachir Zarabi came free, but Halim Mazouni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Amjad Cohen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chams Hanoune was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Brighton's goalkeeper Chams Hanoune, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amjad Cohen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chams Hanoune having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Amjad Cohen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ware FC were furious when Abdelmadjid Amraoui was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ware FC! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for New Brighton. Newfel Yachir stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Halim Mazouni. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bachir Zarabi made a kick off. Raouf Benyagoub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chams Hanoune showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amjad Cohen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Bachir Zarabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Halim Mazouni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abdelhalim Abdessalam fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ware FC's protests and gave Abdelhalim Abdessalam a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ware FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Abdelhalim Abdessalam hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Bachir Zarabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halim Mazouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Fadi Ahmed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chams Hanoune made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amjad Cohen in the 66th minute of play. After 68 minutes New Brighton's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Toufik Abdelkrim who took care of the corner kick. In the 72nd minute, Raouf Benyagoub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th play minute Raouf Benyagoub came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Halim Mazouni. 1-2. In the 95th minute Bachir Zarabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halim Mazouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halim Mazouni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raouf Benyagoub in the 97th minute. The Ware FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching New Brighton's performance. The match ended with a win for New Brighton.
