The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaddour Belkacem in the 2nd minute of play forced Woolwich FC's goalkeeper Dari Tellidji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Mamounis short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Saadi Mimoun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Saadi Mimoun made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ahmed Mamouni sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaddour Belkacem in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dari Tellidji saved Woolwich FC from getting behind. Ahmed Mamouni struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Saadi Mimoun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woolwich FC. 24 minutes into the match, Woolwich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Madani came free, but Dari Tellidji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Mamouni got free with Saadi Mimoun in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Trimley AFC's Saadi Mimoun got control of the ball when Ahmed Mamouni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmed Mamounis short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Saadi Mimoun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Trimley AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lyes Alemdar hit a great ball. Saadi Mimoun made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Ahmed Mamouni sent off a good shot on target. If Aras Madani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Woolwich FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jounaidi Ahmed hit a great ball. Belkacem Merzekane's late challenge caught a Trimley AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Belkacem Merzekane helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, one of Woolwich FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Woolwich FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aras Madani to make the kick off. Kaddour Belkacem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Dari Tellidji made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaddour Belkacem got free with Dari Tellidji in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dari Tellidji made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aras Madani in the 57th minute of play. Aras Madani might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dari Tellidji. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aras Madani ran back to his position shaking his head. If Aras Madani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dari Tellidji showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Madani, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Aras Madani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dari Tellidji having to make a save. Woolwich FC's Jounaidi Ahmed got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Jounaidi Ahmed off the ground. In the 69th minute, Jounaidi Ahmed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Hachem Bensaoula sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Woolwich FC's Dari Tellidji didn't even have to move. Woolwich FC's Dari Tellidji played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aras Madani in the 71st minute of play. Dari Tellidji showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aras Madani in the 79th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaddour Mezair during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Woolwich FC got a freekick which was hit by Kaddour Mezair. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Woolwich FC's goalkeeper Dari Tellidji, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Woolwich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Madani came free, but Dari Tellidji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Kaddour Belkacem got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Woolwich FC's Kaddour Mezair got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Kaddour Mezair off the ground. In the 87th match minute, Woolwich FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaddour Mezair to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aras Madani got free with Dari Tellidji in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dari Tellidji came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Trimley AFC's Lyes Alemdar. But to his dismay, Lyes Alemdar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Trimley AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Trimley AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
