Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Adam El Aychi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mouloud Nima was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Zidan El Hadi kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Zakaria Kouici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merouane Zaoui having to interfere. Mouloud Nima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Larbes in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Djamel Larbes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Newton Abbot's Mouloud Nima. Mouloud Nima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 31 minutes into the match, Newton Abbot's goal looked a bit too open when Djamel Larbes came free, but Mouloud Nima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zakaria Kouici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Merouane Zaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Merouane Zaoui made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Zakaria Kouici sent off a good shot on target. Mouloud Nima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam El Aychi in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Adam El Aychi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Radway FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam El Aychi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mouloud Nima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam El Aychi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Halim Belaout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Radway FC defense, Zakaria Kouici kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Merouane Zaoui. The Radway FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Merouane Zaoui should have stopped the shot. Merouane Zaoui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zakaria Kouici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Newton Abbot's goal looked a bit too open when Adam El Aychi came free, but Mouloud Nima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Newton Abbot getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Anis Bachtobji hit a great ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Zakaria Kouici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newton Abbot's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zakaria Kouici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zakaria Kouici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adam El Aychi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Nima having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Anis Bachtobji mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Newton Abbot and the Radway FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Newton Abbot's Anis Bachtobji got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam El Aychi in the 91st minute of play forced Newton Abbot's goalkeeper Mouloud Nima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anis Bachtobji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Newton Abbot had won after a very even match.
