The wind increased when Nadir Benhelal made the kick off in the second half. After 63 played minutes, Wood Green City's Hikmet Kouri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adam Belbey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wood Green City reached it. In the 65th minute, one of Alston United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alston United. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amawal Oudjani in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Belbey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdelaziz Rabiâ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Muhammad Sadaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amawal Oudjani scored 2-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Belbey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 99 minutes, Yacine Kosbi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alston United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yacine Kosbi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Wood Green City could leave the field as winners, despite Alston United having more of the ball for most of the match.
