Taha Drari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ales Driouche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Folkestone's Bazga Ouadah got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Taha Drari fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ales Driouche, passed just outside the right post. In the 43rd minute, Yazid Lacen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Folkestone's Ahaszzi Messayeb got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Yazid Lacen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofyane Danedji saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Jussef Khelfellah had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Abdelmadjid Bencheikh fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Folkestone's protests and gave Abdelmadjid Bencheikh a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes Folkestone got a freekick which was hit by Abdelmadjid Bencheikh. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Larbi Benkirat was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Larbi Benkirat made a precise shot to the right of Sofyane Danedji. Folkestone's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bazga Ouadah in the 70th minute of play forced Emsworth United's goalkeeper Ales Driouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bazga Ouadah came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Folkestone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bazga Ouadah couldn't finish the play. Bazga Ouadah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ales Driouche having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taha Drari in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ales Driouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ilyas Sellal charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Larbi Benkirat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sofyane Danedji tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Folkestone supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Emsworth United's performance. The match ended with a win for Emsworth United.
