Chabane Belfaa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Mourad Zemmouri made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nawfel Kermali made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Curdridge's Sami Ayad got a free kick in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Chabane Belfaa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skegness FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chabane Belfaa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mourad Zemmouri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
