Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) Chorlton FC's Salih Mamouni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salih Mamouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hachemi Aribi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes in the game, Chérif Zian fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hachemi Aribi having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Chorlton FC's Salih Mamouni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hachemi Aribi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Chérif Zian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hachemi Aribi having to interfere. Kateb Zeghdoud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jawad Madjer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Mehdi Benbrahim kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Chorlton FC's Salih Mamouni got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Moussa Chaouchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 30 minutes, Gebril Benmabrouk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barkingside United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gebril Benmabrouk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rezki Mezali kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Jawad Madjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gebril Benmabrouk in the 33rd minute of play. Hachemi Aribi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chérif Zian in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brahim Boulebda during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kateb Zeghdoud to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorlton FC's goalkeeper Jawad Madjer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Barkingside United's Abderrazek Bougherra broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Chorlton FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Bakir Belkacem hit a great ball. If Salih Mamouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the game, Mehdi Benbrahim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barkingside United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chorlton FC the free kick. Mehdi Benbrahim kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Said Makkeb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hachemi Aribi having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Barkingside United's zone, Salih Mamouni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hachemi Aribi came out of the goal and Salih Mamouni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gebril Benmabrouks short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Jawad Madjer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gebril Benmabrouk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bakir Belkacem's late challenge caught a Barkingside United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bakir Belkacem helped the player get up and apologised. Bakir Belkacem hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match.
