Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) Tatsfield's Abdelhafid Choaïb started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelhafid Choaïb in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Riad Benhelal saved Goole from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Afdal Bezzaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abdenour Bitat. The goal made the score 2-0. Khalil Belaout kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Goole's Riad Benhelal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhafid Choaïb in the 21st minute of play. Dylan Bouazza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Riad Benhelal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Tatsfield booed when Goole was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Driss Ihaddaden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hacène Sakrani, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Dylan Bouazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Ramdane Djoudi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ibrahim Hadjadj was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abdenour Bitat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afdal Bezzaz in the 38th minute of the match. Lakhdar Larbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdenour Bitat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lakhdar Larbes ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdenour Bitat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afdal Bezzaz in the 44th minute of play. Dylan Bouazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Afdal Bezzaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Riad Benhelal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelhafid Choaïb, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Abdelhafid Choaïb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdenour Bitat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tatsfield's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
