Elias Zaghouane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Debbagh having to interfere. Abdel Zouba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kader Chebli, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kader Chebli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute Elias Zaghouane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Debbagh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avebury's Amad Oulhaci got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdel Zouba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kader Chebli in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kader Chebli in the 45th minute of play forced Weaverham City's goalkeeper Abdel Zouba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Elias Zaghouane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The wind increased when Elias Zaghouane made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Weaverham City's goalkeeper Abdel Zouba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amad Oulhaci. After a rather tough play, Avebury's Balwa Sakhri got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Avebury's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Reda came free, but Aras Debbagh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
