A hard shot 13 in the game by Ahmed Merbah from a close distance when the talented Bekathen Morceli managed to make a qualified save. Nailsworth's players were relieved. Ahmed Merbah might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bekathen Morceli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmed Merbah ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Nailsworth's Ayrad Harkat got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ahmed Merbah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Bekathen Morceli made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nailsworth fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Ahmed Merbah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Folkestone booed when Nailsworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sid Ahmed Kerkar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marwan Harkouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folkestone's Marcelino Breogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Saïb in the 32nd minute of play. Ahmed Merbah took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bekathen Morceli. Bekathen Morceli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 41 minutes into the game, Lout Bestandji was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nailsworth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Folkestone the free kick. With his leg Bekathen Morceli managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Folkestone's Ahmed Merbah fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ahmed Merbah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mouloud Saïb to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Madjid Apap put in a rough tackle. Ahmed Merbah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bekathen Morceli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Ahmed Merbah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bekathen Morceli having to interfere. Ahmed Merbah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Mouloud Saïb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nailsworth's supporters rose to their feet, but Mouloud Saïb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Breogan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nailsworth's Bekathen Morceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Merbah in the 94th minute of play. When Folkestone's Ahmed Merbah in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nailsworth's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Folkestone's Marcelino Breogan got control of the ball when Lout Bestandji tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Folkestone fully deserved thier win.
