When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Salah Bahari sped through Halesworth United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zinedine Macias. In the 11th minute, Adid Mohand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chamseddine Ghoumari shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Zinedine Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lounes Zaâmoum in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Halesworth United's goal looked a bit too open when Lounes Zaâmoum came free, but Zinedine Macias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ramsey FC's zone, Omar Menad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chakib Assous came out of the goal and Omar Menad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chakib Assous made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adid Mohand in the 23rd minute of play. After 27 minutes, Malik Saïd-Guerni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ramsey FC and the Halesworth United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Halesworth United booed when Ramsey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malik Saïd-Guerni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bellemou Djazouli did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Chakib Assous 30 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Salah Bahari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Zinedine Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Omar Menad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chakib Assous was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 61st minute Bellemou Djazouli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chakib Assous saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salah Bahari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
