Hichem Bencheikh's late challenge caught a Formby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Formby's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Akrour, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 0-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Mouley Zaaf elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tarik Assad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Abdelmadjid Sakrani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Formby got a freekick which was hit by Hachemi Morceli. If Hachemi Morceli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdelmadjid Sakrani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarik Assad in the 47th minute of play.

In the 51st minute, Kylian Hamdaoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdelaziz Akrour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mouley Zaaf in the 54th minute of play. Hachemi Morceli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mouley Zaaf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Tarik Assad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarik Assad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdelmadjid Sakrani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarik Assad, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Abdelmadjid Sakrani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hachemi Morceli in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to North Baddesley getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Hichem Bencheikh hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarik Assad in the 75th minute of play forced North Baddesley's goalkeeper Abdelmadjid Sakrani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdelaziz Akrour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner ended in Belgacem Mazzid almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Formby's Abdelaziz Akrour did a great save. In the 90th minute Hocine Benhabiles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelmadjid Sakrani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mouley Zaaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Hachemi Morceli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hachemi Morceli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. North Baddesley had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
