Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) Leytonstone City's Issam Sofyane started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Issam Sofyane in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baddi Medjoudj saved Shepshed City from getting behind. After 7 played minutes Shepshed City got a freekick which was hit by Abdelmoumène Haddadj. 8 minutes into the match, Leytonstone City's Hatim Saïd broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zine-Eddine Bensaïd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camel Djeziri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Shepshed City's Baddi Medjoudj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Shepshed City from getting a goal against them. Jawed Taâllah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Shepshed City's goal looked a bit too open when Cheikh Sadaoui came free, but Baddi Medjoudj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Leytonstone City booed when Shepshed City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Zeghoudi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jawed Taâllah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Youcef Zaoui in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camel Djeziri saved Leytonstone City from getting behind. Camel Djeziri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Youcef Zaoui's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Youcef Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th match minute, Shepshed City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salim Zeghoudi to maneuver through the defense. Youcef Zaoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camel Djeziri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youcef Zaoui in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Leytonstone City's goal looked a bit too open when Zine-Eddine Bensaïd came free, but Camel Djeziri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jawed Taâllah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zine-Eddine Bensaïd to strike the kick off in the second half. Mohand Bouzeghrane kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Leytonstone City's Jawed Taâllah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baddi Medjoudj made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 63rd minute, Shepshed City's Youcef Zaoui dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Camel Djeziri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Youcef Zaoui in the 70th minute. Zine-Eddine Bensaïd struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Camel Djeziri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shepshed City. When Youcef Zaoui came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Shepshed City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Youcef Zaoui couldn't finish the play. Jawed Taâllah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baddi Medjoudj having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jawed Taâllah in the 82nd minute of play forced Shepshed City's goalkeeper Baddi Medjoudj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baddi Medjoudj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Issam Sofyane in the 94th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
