Bilal Hamid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelnacer Bouteflika having to interfere. With a little luck, Huntingdon FC's Mokdad Bouzid got control of the ball when Amir Derbouz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amir Derbouzs short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Mokdad Bouzid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Mokdad Bouzid managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Carlin How's Amir Derbouz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 23 minutes, Amir Derbouz made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Huntingdon FC's Mokdad Bouzid tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bilal Moumen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mokdad Bouzid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Huntingdon FC's zone, Amir Derbouz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mokdad Bouzid came out of the goal and Amir Derbouz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bilal Hamid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nadir Athbedj was the one to do the kick off. Hafid Khaldi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mokdad Bouzid. Mokdad Bouzid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 57 minutes, Bilal Moumen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carlin How's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilal Moumen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bilal Hamid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Abdelnacer Bouteflika made a huge save. If Amir Derbouz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Bilal Hamid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rahal Bey was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 72nd minute, Rahal Bey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelnacer Bouteflika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nadir Athbedj in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Bilal Hamid fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Abdelnacer Bouteflika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nadir Athbedj, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute, Hocine Azem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raouf Gaouaoui was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
