Akwli Metref's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Hanous read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. The Liversedge FC fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Liversedge FC's Khalida Djazouli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mehdi Bruel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chams Bilal having to interfere. If Idriss Mihoubi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mehdi Bruel struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Chams Bilal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eastcote. After a defensive mix-up in Eastcote's zone, Khalida Djazouli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mourad Hanous came out of the goal and Khalida Djazouli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Eastcote's goal looked a bit too open when Akwli Metref came free, but Mourad Hanous reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehdi Bruel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chams Bilal having to interfere. A hard shot 31 in the game by Khalida Djazouli from a close distance when the talented Mourad Hanous managed to make a qualified save. Eastcote's players were relieved. Idriss Mihoubi struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Chams Bilal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eastcote. Akwli Metref had several of the Eastcote's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Mourad Hanous as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Mourad Hanous showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalida Djazouli in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Eastcote booed when Liversedge FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lamine Abbas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehdi Bruel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Idriss Mihoubi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fayçal Tannoudji hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mehdi Bruel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Chams Bilal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Mehdi Bruel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chams Bilal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eastcote's Zaïm Nasri got a free kick in the 78th minute. Eastcote's Mourad Hanous played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalida Djazouli in the 83rd minute of play. Khalida Djazouli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Khalida Djazouli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amar Lourdjane fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eastcote's protests and gave Amar Lourdjane a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Eastcote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amar Lourdjane to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Liversedge FC had won after a very even match.
