After having played for 13 minutes, Mustapha Zidane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lingfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustapha Zidane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Madin Sellami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rabie Sellami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saïf Medjoudj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelnacer Kaci in the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Lingfield getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Mustapha Zidane hit a great ball. After 19 minutes, Mustapha Zidane mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lingfield and the St Ives FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lingfield booed when St Ives FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ishak Benattia didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score was now 2-0. 37 minutes into the game, Abdelnacer Kaci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lingfield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St Ives FC the free kick. The supporters of St Ives FC booed when Lingfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelnacer Kaci didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, St Ives FC's Saïf Medjoudj got control of the ball when Atmane Boulahfane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atmane Boulahfane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Saïf Medjoudj made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Lingfield's Abdelnacer Kaci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saïf Medjoudj. Saïf Medjoudj yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Abdelnacer Kaci made the kick off in the second half. Mohand Brahami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabie Sellami having to interfere. Atmane Boulahfane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Saïf Medjoudj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Karim Belkacem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madin Sellami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabie Sellami having to interfere. Mustapha Zidane kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Rabie Sellami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madin Sellami in the 65th minute of play. St Ives FC's Saïf Medjoudj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelnacer Kaci in the 69th minute of play. Rabie Sellami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Madin Sellami in the 73rd minute of the match. When Atmane Boulahfane came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Lingfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atmane Boulahfane couldn't finish the play. Rabie Sellami made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mohand Brahami in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Lingfield's goal looked a bit too open when Madin Sellami came free, but Rabie Sellami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, St Ives FC's Mohand Brahami sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rabie Sellami narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by St Ives FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karim Belkacem was slow to take the kick. During this time Lingfield's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Atmane Boulahfane almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but St Ives FC's Saïf Medjoudj did a great save. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Atmane Boulahfane put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Saïf Medjoudj.
