Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) Wells AFC's Bahasz Klouchi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hameur Meniri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramdane Oussar's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Hexham were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Wells AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Said Brahimi took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hamid Zane got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hameur Meniri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Mohamed Merdaci got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bahasz Klouchi in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdel Raïs saved Hexham from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Badr Cixous ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hameur Meniri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Wells AFC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Bazga Bachtarzi hit a great ball. Chamseddine El Ouazzani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hameur Meniri having to make a save. Bahasz Klouchi struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Abdel Raïs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wells AFC. Wells AFC's Bazga Bachtarzi suffered a sore thigh after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramdane Oussar during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramdane Oussar hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Chamseddine El Ouazzani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Badr Cixous got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Merdaci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Abdel Raïs made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Badr Cixous to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Chamseddine El Ouazzani got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 58 minutes into the game, Badr Cixous was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hexham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wells AFC the free kick. In the 58th minute, Badr Cixous hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahasz Klouchi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Wells AFC's Redouane Amsallem got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When Mohamed Merdaci came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Wells AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Merdaci couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Mohamed Merdaci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdel Raïs was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 75 minutes into the match, Mohamed Merdaci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdel Raïs. Hexham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohamed Merdaci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mohamed Merdaci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Raïs having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Redouane Amsallem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wells AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Redouane Amsallem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Issan Benyagoub charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Issan Benyagoub the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Issan Benyagoub hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Hameur Meniri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Badr Cixous, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Driss Ihaddaden's late challenge caught a Wells AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Driss Ihaddaden helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Wells AFC booed when Hexham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Driss Ihaddaden didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wells AFC fully deserved thier win.
