In the 18thth minute of the game Cheb Belaout who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakefield AFC's Raouf Arrache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zakaria Oussar hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Bakki El Aychi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Zakaria Oussar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Merouane Harkouk was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bakki El Aychi got free with Merouane Harkouk in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 43 minutes, Dida Abbes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wakefield AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dida Abbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zakaria Oussar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Merouane Harkouk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 56 played minutes Wakefield AFC got a freekick which was hit by Farid Kafi. Bakki El Aychi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merouane Harkouk having to interfere. When Balwa Kadri came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Stanway AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balwa Kadri couldn't finish the play. After 74 played minutes Wakefield AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dida Abbes. Stanway AFC's Bahasz Tannoudji shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Raouf Arrache but with some difficulty. 81 minutes into the match, Wakefield AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cheb Belaout came free, but Raouf Arrache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Balwa Kadri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Bakki El Aychi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merouane Harkouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanway AFC's Cheb Belaout got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dida Abbes hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The corner ended in Bahasz Tannoudji almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wakefield AFC's Raouf Arrache did a great save.
