Anouar Bentaala didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Bouzid Bestandji got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamdane Kherroum kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Bassim Adjaoud reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramdane Ben Bella. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 18th minute of the match Nassim Brahmia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramdane Ben Bella showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Bassim Adjaoud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramdane Ben Bella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sammy Saci hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bouzid Bestandji's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. In the 36th minute, Bouzid Bestandji made a precise shot to the right of Ramdane Ben Bella. Newhaven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bassim Adjaoud was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khelifa Beaufort couldn't finish the play. Sammy Saci kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Berwick Upon Tweed United were awarded a corner. Ilias Bendjedid went to the cornerflag to take it. When the referee ended the match the Berwick Upon Tweed United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
