Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Crystal Palace AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Boubekeur came free, but Sanaa Nemchi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Karim Boubekeur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sanaa Nemchi. Crystal Palace AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karim Boubekeur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Karim Boubekeur struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sanaa Nemchi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gomersal AFC. If Abdelaziz Zakaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 25 minutes, Riad Skif mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gomersal AFC and the Crystal Palace AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Riad Skif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karim Boubekeur in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sanaa Nemchi saved Crystal Palace AFC from getting behind. In the 34th minute, Aggur Cavalli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Crystal Palace AFC's zone, Rachid Kourichi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sanaa Nemchi came out of the goal and Rachid Kourichi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rachid Kourichi in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sanaa Nemchi prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Sanaa Nemchi came out of the goal and Karim Boubekeur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rachid Kourichi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sanaa Nemchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Crystal Palace AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Boubekeur came free, but Sanaa Nemchi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Crystal Palace AFC's Abdelaziz Zakaria made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amine Saboundji was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd match minute, Crystal Palace AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustapha Mesbah to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match Azzad Zemmam sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sanaa Nemchi skillfully saved the ball. Aggur Cavalli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amine Saboundji having to interfere. Abdelaziz Zakaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Amine Saboundji tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Crystal Palace AFC's goalkeeper Sanaa Nemchi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Gomersal AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Crystal Palace AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
