Afdal Guessoum started the match with the kick off. Farouk Benarbia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Djallil Benguedoudj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peterlee's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Farouk Benarbia 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Youcef Timsit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakim Amirouche having to interfere. Youcef Timsit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hakim Amirouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Peterlee getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Hocine Brahimi hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Farouk Benarbia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Hocine Brahimi fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peterlee's protests and gave Hocine Brahimi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Peterlee's Hocine Brahimi got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Djallil Benguedoudj was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lammouri Khelaifia. After a defensive mix-up in Peterlee's zone, Farouk Benarbia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Djallil Benguedoudj came out of the goal and Farouk Benarbia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Farouk Benarbia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peterlee's Djallil Benguedoudj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farouk Benarbia in the 56th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Peterlee got a freekick which was hit by Amad Selmi. Farouk Benarbia hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farouk Benarbia in the 66th minute of play forced Peterlee's goalkeeper Djallil Benguedoudj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farouk Benarbia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Djallil Benguedoudj having to interfere. Youcef Timsit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Hakim Amirouche made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Youcef Timsit got free with Hakim Amirouche in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Peterlee's Sami Camus seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sami Camus the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Peterlee protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sami Camus had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Peterlee:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coombe:s goal. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Coombe. Lammouri Khelaifia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Djallil Benguedoudj. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Youcef Timsit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peterlee's supporters rose to their feet, but Youcef Timsit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakim Amirouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Djallil Benguedoudj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelhakim Ahmed's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Dassi Lacen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakim Amirouche having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Coombe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peterlee had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
