Mamaar Ihidjaten started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Staines got a freekick which was hit by Slimane Khelaifia. Afdal Zitouni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Tami Bachtobji when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balwa Chaib in the 11th minute of play forced Shipley FC's goalkeeper Faudel Messaoudi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tami Bachtobji showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mamaar Ihidjaten in the 13th minute of the match. Staines's Tami Bachtobji proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Staines from getting a goal against them. Yahia Bensaoula's late challenge caught a Shipley FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yahia Bensaoula helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Shipley FC booed when Staines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yahia Bensaoula didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tami Bachtobji took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mamaar Ihidjaten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Mamaar Zaghloul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Staines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Shipley FC the free kick. Mamaar Zaghloul hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Shipley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Balwa Chaib came free, but Faudel Messaoudi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afdal Zitouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Shipley FC's Mamaar Ihidjaten in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Staines's goalie prevented a goal. Afdal Zitouni might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tami Bachtobji. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afdal Zitouni ran back to his position shaking his head. Mamaar Ihidjaten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tami Bachtobji tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Shipley FC's Mamaar Ihidjaten ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tami Bachtobji. Tami Bachtobji yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Abderazak Kerrouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Faudel Messaoudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Balwa Chaib made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Staines's goal looked a bit too open when Afdal Zitouni came free, but Tami Bachtobji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Balwa Chaib recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faudel Messaoudi. Balwa Chaib showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Mamaar Ihidjaten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Rabah Sandjak charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rabah Sandjak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Shipley FC booed when Staines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rabah Sandjak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mamaar Ihidjaten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tami Bachtobji having to interfere. Staines's Tami Bachtobji played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afdal Zitouni in the 67th minute of play. After some careless play in the Staines defense, Mamaar Ihidjaten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tami Bachtobji. The Staines fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tami Bachtobji should have stopped the shot. Balwa Chaib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Faudel Messaoudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Shipley FC's Faudel Messaoudi got control of the ball when Abderazak Kerrouche tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afdal Zitouni in the 95th minute of play forced Staines's goalkeeper Tami Bachtobji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
