After 10 played minutes, Verwood FC's Ziad Medaci shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ibrahim Guessoum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Verwood FC reached it. 14 minutes into the match, Verwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Belkacem Ghozali came free, but Abdenour Oudin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Warminster's Saber Abid got a free kick in the 15th minute. Warminster's Ibrahim Guessoum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Warminster from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Verwood FC's Karim Dali Bey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ibrahim Guessoum narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Said Asma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ibrahim Guessoum read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Belkacem Ghozali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdenour Oudin having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Verwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Akmin Amara came free, but Abdenour Oudin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibrahim Guessoum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Asma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the game, Amjad Mecherara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

If Said Asma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Warminster got a freekick which was hit by Hatim Bouzid. If Said Asma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. Abdenour Oudin was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Akmin Amara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Akmin Amara really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Warminster played a much better game than Verwood FC and deserved their victory. The Verwood FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
