The audience was convinced that Affi Kader's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meziane Menad was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Nassim Piaf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stowmarket AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nassim Piaf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aflawas Mezghich breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Affi Kader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meziane Menad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jawed Tlemcani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nassim Piaf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aflawas Mezghich read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hachem Boutabout during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Stowmarket AFC's zone, Jawed Tlemcani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meziane Menad came out of the goal and Jawed Tlemcani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Meziane Menad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Affi Kader in the 82nd minute. Stowmarket AFC's Meziane Menad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jawed Tlemcani in the 85th minute of play. Meziane Menad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jawed Tlemcani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Stowmarket AFC's goalkeeper Meziane Menad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Affi Kader. After a rather tough play, Windlesham's Mahieddine Banou Attyya got a free kick in the 90th minute. Aflawas Mezghich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yidir Ghoumari in the 91st minute of the match. The Stowmarket AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
