After a rather tough play, Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's Younes Haddou got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Sandwich City's goal looked a bit too open when Ghiles Cixous came free, but Mouloud Kelkal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Achik Saïb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Kelkal having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's Ghiles Cixous sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mouloud Kelkal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sandwich City's zone, Achik Saïb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mouloud Kelkal came out of the goal and Achik Saïb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Sandwich City booed when Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andaz Zidane didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Tami Tahar in the 61st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Amdegh Camus's left hand side. After a rather tough play, Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's Farid Bouzina got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Saïd in the 69th minute of play forced Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's goalkeeper Amdegh Camus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ghiles Cixous fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Kelkal having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ghiles Cixous's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mouloud Kelkal was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ghiles Cixous in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mouloud Kelkal saved Sandwich City from getting behind. Ghiles Cixous's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mouloud Kelkal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. The throw-in from Bouziane Benali in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's Hamza Metaref. Ghiles Cixous fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Kelkal having to interfere. Sandwich City's Mouloud Kelkal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghiles Cixous in the 90th minute of play. When Ghiles Cixous came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ghiles Cixous couldn't finish the play. Arsalane Bouzid's late challenge caught a Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsalane Bouzid helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sandwich City's goalkeeper Mouloud Kelkal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
