Toufik Daouadji came out of the goal and Sofyane Kerkar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toufik Daouadji was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Ramsgate United's goal looked a bit too open when Sofyane Kerkar came free, but Toufik Daouadji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amri Bahmane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroun Bridji in the 30th minute. A collision led to Netherton getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Abdelhadi Ghozali hit a great ball. Haroun Bridji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amri Bahmane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Netherton's zone, Azregh Maâti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amri Bahmane came out of the goal and Azregh Maâti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bakki Mazzid was the one to do the kick off. Toufik Daouadji took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelhadi Ghozali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroun Bridji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Amri Bahmane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sofyane Kerkar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Toufik Daouadji made a huge save. Bakki Mazzid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haroun Bridji struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Netherton had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
