When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Hameur Douibi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Mahmoud Dridi to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hameur Douibi in the 31st minute of play forced Sandown's goalkeeper Mahmoud Dridi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Achraf Hamruche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Achraf Hamruche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Khalida Kosbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Hameur Douibi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahmoud Dridi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalida Kosbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mahmoud Dridi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hameur Douibi might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mahmoud Dridi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hameur Douibi ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hameur Douibi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Khalida Kosbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahmoud Dridi having to interfere. Streatham's Djelloul Salhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelnasser El Ouazzani in the 57th minute of play. Achraf Hamruche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Djelloul Salhi made a huge save. A collision led to Streatham getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Camel Dahleb hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdelnasser El Ouazzani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Djelloul Salhi. That made the score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. Abdelnasser El Ouazzani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Djelloul Salhi having to interfere. Abdelatif Hansali charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdelatif Hansali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Achraf Hamruche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Djelloul Salhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Streatham's Zinedine Djoudi got a free kick in the 76th minute. Khalida Kosbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sandown's Achraf Hamruche got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Djelloul Salhi came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Sandown's Achraf Hamruche. But to his dismay, Achraf Hamruche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
