After a rather tough play, Kemsing AFC's Abdelbassir Mamouni got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Assad Larbes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steeple Claydon FC's Tahar Khelaifia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhadi Arouani in the 7th minute of play. Adal Bouchemla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tahar Khelaifia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tahar Khelaifia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelhadi Arouani's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Adal Bouchemla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahar Khelaifia having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kemsing AFC's zone, Tarek Guellil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Bouraada came out of the goal and Tarek Guellil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Steeple Claydon FC's Samir Madjer got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Adal Bouchemla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelhadi Arouani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahar Khelaifia having to interfere. The supporters of Kemsing AFC booed when Steeple Claydon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raïd Fanon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tahar Khelaifia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miloud Kacha, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 35 played minutes Steeple Claydon FC got a freekick which was hit by Samir Madjer. Kemsing AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Abderrahmane Adjimi 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Kemsing AFC's Sabri Bouraada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Kemsing AFC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abderrahmane Adjimi to make the kick off. Steeple Claydon FC's Assad Larbes got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adal Bouchemla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahar Khelaifia having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Adal Bouchemla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kemsing AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adal Bouchemla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tahar Khelaifia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelhadi Arouani in the 67th minute of play forced Steeple Claydon FC's goalkeeper Tahar Khelaifia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steeple Claydon FC's Tahar Khelaifia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Steeple Claydon FC from getting a goal against them. Oualid Guessoum kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Abderrahmane Adjimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Kemsing AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tarek Guellil came free, but Sabri Bouraada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Abderrahmane Adjimi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabri Bouraada was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Assad Larbes charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Assad Larbes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adal Bouchemla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Tahar Khelaifia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tahar Khelaifia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelhadi Arouani in the 96th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarek Guellil in the 97th minute of play forced Kemsing AFC's goalkeeper Sabri Bouraada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kemsing AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
