Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) Amhaws Zerouali made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 7th minute of the match Harrogate FC got a corner. Dalton In Furness's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hadi Chaib ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Harrogate FC's Hadi Chaib to fire away a dangerous shot which Akar Chaib despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Harrogate FC's zone, Mouloud Abdiche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasreddine Madouni came out of the goal and Mouloud Abdiche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Harrogate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amhaws Zerouali came free, but Nasreddine Madouni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nasreddine Madouni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amhaws Zerouali, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Mouloud Abdiche in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nasreddine Madouni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 26th minute Abdelmalek Nekkar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akar Chaib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdelmalek Nekkar took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Akar Chaib. Akar Chaib dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 30th match minute, Dalton In Furness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abid Daham to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dalton In Furness's Mohamed Saâdallah got a free kick in the 31st minute. Akar Chaib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fawzi Benzaghou in the 35th minute of the match. Amhaws Zerouali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Amhaws Zerouali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mouloud Abdiche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Harrogate FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdelmalek Nekkar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Mouloud Abdiche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harrogate FC's Abdelmalek Nekkar got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Dalton In Furness's goalkeeper Akar Chaib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fawzi Benzaghou. In the 58th minute, Fawzi Benzaghou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harrogate FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Nasreddine Madouni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amhaws Zerouali, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Amhaws Zerouali came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Dalton In Furness fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amhaws Zerouali couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Harrogate FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sabri Zeghoudi hit a great ball. Mouloud Abdiche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasreddine Madouni having to interfere. Amhaws Zerouali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdelmalek Nekkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Akar Chaib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Harrogate FC's Abdelmalek Nekkar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Akar Chaib. That made the score 0-5 after 86 minutes of play. Fawzi Benzaghou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akar Chaib having to interfere. The Dalton In Furness supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Harrogate FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Harrogate FC.
