Akwli Djahnine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Menad, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farid Reda in the 10th minute of play forced Farnsfield United's goalkeeper Akwli Djahnine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hafs Ouatah during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Farnsfield United getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Hafs Ouatah hit a great ball. Burnley's Rachid Menad got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Burnley's Khelifa Larbi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Burnley from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 24 in the game by Abderraouf Gourion from a close distance when the talented Khelifa Larbi managed to make a qualified save. Burnley's players were relieved. Khelifa Larbi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Abderraouf Gourion sent off a good shot on target. Aissa El Ibrahimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Khelifa Larbi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play Farnsfield United's Hafs Ouatah was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 40th minute, Hafs Ouatah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Rachid Menad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burnley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half Burnley were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Farid Reda made a kick off. With a little luck, Farnsfield United's Akwli Djahnine got control of the ball when Rachid Menad tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Farid Reda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khelifa Larbi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abderraouf Gourion, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rachid Menad might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Akwli Djahnine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rachid Menad ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Rachid Menad sped through Farnsfield United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Akwli Djahnine. In the 77th match minute, Burnley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adza Laura Douibi to maneuver through the defense. Khelifa Larbi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abderraouf Gourion in the 86th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes Burnley got a freekick which was hit by Hassan Madjer. When Farnsfield United's Abderraouf Gourion in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Burnley's goalie prevented a goal. Burnley's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
