After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Oussama Megharia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wellington FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oussama Megharia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frawsen Nemchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zahid Ali during the 41st minute. Frawsen Nemchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mesbah Merah in the 82nd minute of the match. Mesbah Merah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Frawsen Nemchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Ifthen Baali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heckmondwike AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ifthen Baali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Heckmondwike AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
