Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) Bahnini Boufroura started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Belaid Saïd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Moïse Ouennadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaïm Kensi got free with Moïse Ouennadi in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Boudjedra got free with Moïse Ouennadi in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Moïse Ouennadi managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Upwell's Belaid Saïd fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the match, Great Baddow's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Saïd came free, but Moïse Ouennadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Upwell's goal looked a bit too open when Ayoub Boutella came free, but Madjer Menguellet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Zaïm Kensi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zaïm Kensi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moïse Ouennadi having to interfere. Moïse Ouennadi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belaid Saïd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belaid Saïd received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Moïse Ouennadi came out and tried to block the shot, but Belaid Saïd slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belaid Saïd made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Mehdi Aliche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Great Baddow and the Upwell players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Upwell booed when Great Baddow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Aliche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zaïm Kensi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Great Baddow's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Saïd came free, but Moïse Ouennadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moïse Ouennadi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaïm Kensi went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute Belaid Saïd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moïse Ouennadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Upwell's goalkeeper Madjer Menguellet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 66 minutes, Zaïm Kensi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Upwell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaïm Kensi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moïse Ouennadi came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Upwell's Belaid Saïd. But to his dismay, Belaid Saïd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ayoub Boutella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bahnini Boufroura in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Madjer Menguellet saved Upwell from getting behind. Ayoub Boutella's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Madjer Menguellet firmly grabbed it by the left post. Belaid Saïd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Moïse Ouennadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belaid Saïd struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Moïse Ouennadi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Upwell. When Nassim Morceli fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Great Baddow's protests and gave Nassim Morceli a yellow card for diving instead. Moïse Ouennadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaïm Kensi in the 85th minute of the match. Moïse Ouennadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belaid Saïd in the 86th minute of play. When Belaid Saïd came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Upwell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belaid Saïd couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Belaid Saïd left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Upwell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Upwell had won after a very even match.
