Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fadel Assous kicked off to start the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Ibrahim El Ouafi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Farnworth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ibrahim El Ouafi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fadel Assous fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Zemirline having to interfere. In the 12th minute Ibrahim El Ouafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramzi Zemirline saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cleethorpes getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Djabir Zaccari hit a great ball. Brahim Hammani, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ibrahim El Ouafi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Farnworth's supporters rose to their feet, but Ibrahim El Ouafi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramzi Zemirline breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Larbi Benmabrouk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Benhamou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes FC Farnworth got a freekick which was hit by Abderrazek Daham. Larbi Benmabrouk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tayeb Zouccal in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Cleethorpes's Karim Benhamou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Larbi Benmabrouk. Larbi Benmabrouk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 30th minute, Halim Hanister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Tayeb Zouccal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Larbi Benmabrouk was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Larbi Benmabrouk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Benhamou in the 36th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Larbi Benmabrouk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ibrahim El Ouafi struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ramzi Zemirline didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Farnworth. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Karim Benhamou made the kick off in the second half. Tayeb Zouccal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ibrahim El Ouafi came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ramzi Zemirline could save by the left post. 59 minutes into the match, Karim Benhamou notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Farnworth's Larbi Benmabrouk. Larbi Benmabrouk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ibrahim El Ouafi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Zemirline having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Cleethorpes's goal looked a bit too open when Fadel Assous came free, but Ramzi Zemirline reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Ibrahim El Ouafi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cleethorpes's Ramzi Zemirline played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadel Assous in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karim Benhamou in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Larbi Benmabrouk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Larbi Benmabrouk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayeb Zouccal, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Karim Benhamou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larbi Benmabrouk having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Karim Benhamou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ibrahim El Ouafi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Zemirline having to interfere.
