In the 6thth minute of the game Hamid Saâdani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cleethorpes's Ramzi Zemirline was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hamid Saâdani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fathi Fillali hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Samir Belhadj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tayeb Zouccal in the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cleethorpes's Ramzi Zemirline got control of the ball when Fathi Fillali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dunton Bassett City's Samir Belhadj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tayeb Zouccal in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Tayeb Zouccal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cleethorpes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayeb Zouccal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Karim Benhamou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cleethorpes's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Benhamou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samir Belhadj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lyazzide Boutella hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes, Cleethorpes's Slimane Bencherif shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samir Belhadj came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cleethorpes reached it. Hamid Saâdani took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramzi Zemirline. Ramzi Zemirline dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Tayeb Zouccal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miloud Hamouda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Zemirline having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

61 minutes into the game, Tayeb Zouccal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samir Belhadj. Tayeb Zouccal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Samir Belhadj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Benhamou in the 64th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cleethorpes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Dunton Bassett City a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Boubekeur Massi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cleethorpes's Ramzi Zemirline. 2-3. Tayeb Zouccal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Samir Belhadj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tayeb Zouccal took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samir Belhadj. Samir Belhadj dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Samir Belhadj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Benhamou in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Saâdani in the 82nd minute of play forced Cleethorpes's goalkeeper Ramzi Zemirline to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cleethorpes's Salah Bouteflika got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After taking down the ball on Dunton Bassett City's corner Fathi Fillali fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ramzi Zemirline quite easily take care of the ball. If Hamid Saâdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 90th minute of the match Salah Bouteflika completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Salah Bouteflika a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 90th minute, Salah Bouteflika hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Miloud Hamouda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tayeb Zouccal in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Samir Belhadj, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Djabir Zaccari struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Samir Belhadj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cleethorpes. Fathi Fillali kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Miloud Ferrah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cleethorpes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunton Bassett City the free kick. A collision led to Cleethorpes getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Miloud Ferrah hit a great ball. The Dunton Bassett City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cleethorpes's performance. The match ended with a win for Cleethorpes.
