The supporters of Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie booed when Racing Constantine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youssef Merah didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Mohand in the 12th minute of play forced Racing Constantine's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Metref to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachid Lkbira in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mansour Abdi saved Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hameur Ihaddaden in the 15th minute of play forced Racing Constantine's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Metref to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Constantine's Abdelhamid Metref played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalik Beloufa in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racing Constantine's Elias Allahoum got a free kick in the 17th minute. Abdelhamid Metref made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Mohand in the 18th minute of play. Adam Mohand took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdelhamid Metref. Abdelhamid Metref dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fouad Merbah struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Abdelhamid Metref didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie. Hameur Ihaddaden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Rachid Lkbira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Mansour Abdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Mansour Abdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chahid Azem in the 34th minute of play. Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Adam Mohand got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 played minutes Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie got a freekick which was hit by Fouad Merbah. The audience was convinced that Rachid Lkbira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mansour Abdi was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Adam Mohand made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's goal looked a bit too open when Chahid Azem came free, but Mansour Abdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Racing Constantine's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Metref had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hameur Ihaddaden. In the 56th minute, Racing Constantine's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adam Mohand fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's zone, Chahid Azem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mansour Abdi came out of the goal and Chahid Azem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76thth minute of the game Rachid Lkbira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Mansour Abdi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rachid Lkbira got in the 77th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mansour Abdi handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Samir Hamdani got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie's Hameur Ihaddaden got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fouad Merbah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Jeunesse Sportive Kabylie players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
