But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Djamil Ayad couldn't finish the play. A nice corner shot did that Dylan Bruel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adnane Guergour quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Djamil Ayad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adnane Guergour having to interfere. Adnane Guergour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamil Ayad in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Dylan Bruel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espérance Algérienne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 25 minutes, Djamil Ayad made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. East End FC's Adnane Guergour tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 5-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Djamil Ayad elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Djamil Ayad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adnane Guergour having to interfere. The wind increased when Walid Kermali made the kick off in the second half.
