When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Sebastián Melo sped through Street Fighter's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emílio Novais. Emílio Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Novais having to interfere. Hélio Malheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Sebastián Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Street Fighter's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastián Melo came free, but Emílio Novais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sebastián Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Street Fighter! Street Fighter:s Emílio Novais showed great skill when he stopped Flavio Mendes:s penalty. Emílio Novais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Melo in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Sebastián Melo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emílio Novais was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastián Melo in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emílio Novais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emílio Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fiery Chargers's Eduardo Dos Santos quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zé Caneças, made in the 46th minute of the game.

In the 51st play minute Flavio Mendes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emílio Novais. 0-6. In the 55th minute, Tiago Godinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Fiery Chargers's Sebastián Melo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Emílio Correia struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Emílio Novais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fiery Chargers. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teta Ericeira during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teta Ericeira hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Emílio Novais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Canales in the 66th minute of play. When Fiery Chargers's Sebastián Melo in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Street Fighter's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Fiery Chargers's Sebastián Melo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emílio Novais. That made the score 0-8 after 74 minutes of play. Sebastián Melos short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Emílio Novais to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute, Fiery Chargers's Sebastián Melo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. In the 90th minute, Zé Caneças hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Fiery Chargers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Street Fighter throughout the match.
