The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Zamora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Jacinto. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Vítor Galão took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Manarte. Jorge Manarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Jorge Manarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Galão in the 27th minute of play. Flavio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Edgar Zamora took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rodrigo Jacinto to make any attempt to save it. Sebastián Fontão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Jacinto having to interfere. Rodrigo Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Fontão , who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Hammersmith's Flavio Nascimento in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bentworth's Jorge Manarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Galão in the 68th minute of play. Edgar Zamora hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Vítor Galão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
